Ideally, to be able to access the foodbank you should provide a referral letter from a recognised source, the same as other local foodbanks. This can be an email confirmation sent to us with your details from the Citizens Advice Bureau Derbyshire District, Erewash Borough Council or any other recognised official source. To speak to the Citizens Advice Bureau call them on 0808 278 7954 and explain your situation, they are open 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
